I’m astounded that I set my health as my number one priority in May 2015, and I have changed my diet to an organic pescatarian smoothie with about 160 different ingredients for the greatest variety of fibres in my diet to promote the greatest diversity of microorganisms in my gut microbiome for the most robust primary immune system , which has perfectly simplified my meal planning and grocery shopping to be stress free and promote perfect health and wellbeing naturally but it’s very expensive and I’m debt-broke now in my retirement!
Always glad to hear how you've made your health a top priority in the last 10 years Keith! Though sorry to hear how expensive it's been, are you eating regular meals alongside your smoothie? There may be some costly ingredients you could let go of, and refocus on everyday foods instead?
No, I only eat an orange after each meal of smoothie and for lunch a can of organic spring water sardines and an apple banana and a cup of banana tea. And nutritional supplements after breakfast and supper!
The ingredients are focussed on cancer cure and then neurogenesis of my half damaged brain with significant neurogenesis already so I know what I’m doing right for ingredients in my smoothie!
The thing I’m missing now for neurogenesis is my Keith’s less toe protecting footwear steel toe cover that makes my walking the most strenuous exercise I can perform
My diet is perfectly simple and stress free and so is my grocery shopping because I have no question about what I will eat for another meal for the remainder of my life and my diet naturally includes the greatest variety of fibres or fruits and vegetables and I take organic supplements for the nutrients and vitamins that are not possible in my vegan diet which are protein and vitamin K2. I get sufficient direct sunshine exposure through the summer to not require a vitamin D3 supplement over the winter months
I eat based on the health benefits and not the flavour and it’s strictly vegan other than organic canned fish especially sardines which are the lowest in toxic heavy metal mercury and I use cilantro and chlorella to naturally detox heavy metals from my body! I me imagined that I would learn so much about how to live healthier than I was by setting my health as my number one priority in May 2015!
