Though I think it's important to do what feels right for you - definitely for some people with gut issues, or anxiety, caffeinated coffee can cause problems.
Great read, thank you 😃 You say “Drinking more than six cups of coffee a day is linked to a higher…” is this caffeinated coffee or decaffeinated coffee i.e. is it the caffeine that raises the risks or the other elements within coffee itself? I typically drink way more than six decaf coffees a day…!
